We are looking for an experienced Social Media Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Facebook, social media platforms, online communities, and other digital channels to attract and engage candidates.
This is not a traditional HR administrative role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and results-driven in sourcing talent through social media and online recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Job Boards, and other online channels
- Create and publish engaging recruitment content and job advertisements
- Manage and grow recruitment groups, pages, and communities
- Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain candidate relationships
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
- Track recruitment performance and optimize sourcing strategies
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM (Philippine Time)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting through Facebook and other social media platforms
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, and other online sourcing channels
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Own a personal computer or laptop suitable for daily work
- Have a stable and reliable internet connection
- Have a backup internet solution (mobile data, pocket WiFi, etc.)
- Have a reliable power backup solution in case of power outages (power station, generator, UPS, or equivalent)
- Able to work full-time and maintain a professional remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting remote employees
- Experience with international recruitment
- Experience managing recruitment campaigns and social media advertisements
- Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools
