  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide information on products and services.
