الوصف

  • Provide first aide treatments and medications for employees.
  • Records patient's medical information and vital signs.
  • Maintains all employees' medical records.
  • Assess the health status of employees and recommends whether the employees and recommends whether the employee should rest in clinic, send to home, back to work or send to the nearest emergency room.
  • Coordinate with the HMO provider regarding enrollment cancelation, billing, and reimbursement.
  • Schedule the Annual Physical Exam of the employees;
  • Assess the APE results of each employee and refer to the doctor once there are significant findings so as to manage, monitor and follow through until the illness is cleared;
  • Conducts monthly inventory of medicine and medical supplies;
  • Responsible for requesting and dispensing medicines and medical supplies;
  • Plan and implement programs designed to improve the health of employees;
  • Conducts health awareness lectures among employees
  • May be assigned to perform other task from time to time or if need arises.

المتطلبات

  • Graduate of BS Nursing and/or Occupational Health
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (with PRC License)
  • With experience as a company nurse is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Must have a long patience in attending the clinical needs of all employees;
  • Work well in a changing environment and values teamwork;
  • Committed to achieve Department's Goals, objectives, and equal opportunity.
  • Ability to strictly work with confidential information;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Newly licensed are welcome to apply.
