- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and ROI of programs.
- Prepare compensation analyses for internal stakeholders including executives and department heads
- Ensure accurate and timely benefits-related compliance reporting
- Lead relationships with external benefits vendors and consultants.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for compensation decisions and benefit plan operations.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on compensation metrics, cost modeling, and benefits utilization.
- Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluations, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools
- Solid understanding of employment laws and benefit regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
