• Write polished, ready-to-publish articles using client expertise, ensuring alignment with tabloid-style hooks and formats.
• Craft headlines and angles that promise a gain (“Expert Reveals How to…”) or warn against a pain (“Avoid Costly Mistakes…”).
• Incorporate client quotes, data, and industry insights to bolster credibility.

Media Outreach

• Choose between Bulk or Tailored approaches based on campaign goals.
• Segment journalist lists by topic (e.g., personal finance, regional news, lifestyle hacks) for targeted distribution.

Client-Journalist Alignment

• Review client briefs to identify expertise that matches journalist beats or bulk topic lists (e.g., Royals, Money-Saving, Health).
• Ensure content adheres to client brand guidelines, compliance standards, and factual accuracy.

Campaign Execution & Tracking

• Distribute press releases via email tools, draft follow-ups, and monitor responses.
• Track media placements and adjust pitches based on performance.
