We’re looking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the frontline of our company, responsible for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement

• At least a high school diploma; college degree preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience. 
• Proficiency in computer applications and typing. 
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. 
• Experience in a BPO or customer service environment, preferred but not required. 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software. 
• Multilingual skills (e.g. English, Filipino, or regional dialects) are a plus. 
• Can start immediately.
