الوصف

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the company’s products and services.
  • Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive experience.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with clients to discuss settlements, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
  • Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service delivery and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to client retention.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
