Position: HR Staff
Work Location: Iloilo Head Office
The HR Staff – Compensation and Benefits is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and administration of employee benefits and statutory remittances.
This role handles the timely submission of government-mandated contributions, processes employee benefits in accordance with company policies, and provides responsive support for employee benefits in accordance with company policies, and provides responsive support for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (major in Human Resources), Psychology, or Human Resource Management
