  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Support performance management and evaluation processes.

المتطلبات

  • Male
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent process management and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, standard working hours with potential for flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and a team player.
