We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, manage client relationships, and support overall business growth. This role combines strategy and hands-on work, including field visits and regular reporting.

• Lead the sales team to meet weekly targets, including a minimum of 20 qualified sales calls.
• Guide and monitor sales executives to ensure they meet performance goals.
• Submit weekly reports covering client visits, meeting summaries, and location tracking.
• Create and implement strategies to reach more clients and grow the customer base.
• Review sales data and recommend areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing and operations to align on sales plans and targets.
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, referrals, and networking.
• Attend client meetings, give presentations, and prepare proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Respond to inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools or tracking systems.
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, ideally in the hotel or events industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to adjust strategies as needed.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as part of the role.
