الوصف

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory control processes and optimize storage solutions.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
  • Train and develop team members for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of warehouse performance.
  • Assist with budget management and resource allocation.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant warehouse supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, organized, capable of heavy lifting, flexible, staff coaching, personnel handling, and warehouse management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee warehouse operations, manage personnel, optimize storage, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits:
  • Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
  • Applicants must be graduate of any 4 year course
  • with at least 2 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor
  • Amenable to work on site in G Araneta Ave QC
  • Salary offer: 25k / month
