Refletech Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/Fabricator with a National Certificate II (NC II) and a strong foundation in Arc Welding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures and components according to technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

• NC II Holder (Shielded Metal Arc Welding or equivalent).
• Broad knowledge and hands-on experience in Arc Welding and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor and heavy materials.
• Willingness to relocate as needed for job assignments.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and teamwork skills.
• Previous fabrication experience is a plus.
