Academy of Operation Excellence and Services Inc. is a start-up Company founded by three professionals and experts from the fast moving consumer goods sector.
Inspired by the everyday transformation in the workplace, they saw the opportunity to provide solutions on people, processes and technology to the rapidly growing businesses.

The vision of the Academy of Operation Excellence and Services Incorporated (AOE) is to be the expert leader in connecting the RIGHT PEOPLE, BUSINESS PROCESSES and TECHNOLOGY to help achieve operational exellence in the different businesses and workplaces it is engaged with.

We are committed to connect the RIGHT PEOPLE to the RIGHT JOBS. We will impart KNOWLEDGE. We will hone the SKILLS of our people and we will execute with EXCELLENCE in the workplace.
WHAT WE DO
On People
• We do Smart Capability Development (SCD) to meet the customer need and at the same time contain costs.
• We staff not only your current business but also prepare you for the next phase of your company’s evolution
• Our training program will include accreditations from different schools (TESDA, ICCT, AMA etc). The first in the industry.
On Processes
• We worked on Process Optimization through cross-boundary approach.
• We review the functional processes (across all business units) and IT/technical supports and work on the interfaces where they intersect and address the complexity.
• We provide Process Optimization Plan across all functions
On Technology
• We work on Digital innovation to support the simplified work process in a complex, interdependent system.
• We have partnered with an IT & TELECOM Companies to AUTOMATE and SIMPLIFY the processes.
