A licensed entity under the Autohub Group, Autoitalia PH holds the exclusive rights to distribute Piaggio APÉ and Piaggio Porter commercial vehicles in the Philippines.
Since February 28, 2020, the company has operated under a Technical Licensing Agreement (TLA) with Piaggio India to locally assemble these vehicles using CKD (Complete Knock-Down) kits sourced from India, with an assembly facility in Cabuyao, Laguna.
