BAP is primarily engaged in the distribution of Mazda vehicles and spare parts in the Philippines. The major shareholders of BAP are Bermaz Motor International Ltd, a subsidiary of Bermaz Auto Berhad, and Berjaya Philippines Inc. Bermaz Auto Berhad is the distributor of Mazda vehicles and spare parts in Malaysia and is listed in the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
