LEO Technologies and Infrastructure Corporation is a joint venture between China Bester Group Telecom Co., Ltd through its international business arm Bester Telecom Limited.
The joint venture aims to provide service turnkey solutions to network operators in the Philippines by combining the strength on an international high-tech service enterprise and a widely locally experienced telecom infrastructure company.
