C.F. Sharp Holdings Inc. (CFSHI) was incorporated in August 1995 following a massive reorganization of then C.F. Sharp & Co. (founded in 1937). After this reorganization, previous divisions were spun off into autonomous companies.
CFSHI is the parent company of the CF Sharp Group. CFSHI provides business operations support and direction for all companies of the Group. CFSHI is comprised of Executive, Finance and Corporate Services (HR and Admin). C.F. Sharp Holdings Inc. is manned by a dedicated team of professionals headed by Mr. Jon B. Rocha, Chairman/President and Chief Executive Officer.
