Grit was founded in 2012 by Rosangela Casagrande. A serial entrepreneur who has built several successful companies in different industries, including real estate, title, technology and marketing.
Her journey with Virtual Assistants from Manila, Philippines, began during a time when one of the other businesses that she owned was at a stand still. At that time, understanding the Virtual Assistant world of possibilities, and adapting it for her business was an opportunity that transformed her life, not only from a professional standpoint but also on a personal level.
With the help of Virtual Assistants only, Rosangela was able to establish a 6.5 million-dollar company among other successful businesses while balancing her responsibilities as a mother.
Starting with a team of 5 Virtual Assistants, whom she hired and trained simultaneously, their company was awarded no. 4 in the industry in Florida, as ranked by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal. All these while maintaining a close relationship with her daughter, as she found more time to be always present in all of her milestones.
Having first-hand experience in the power of Virtual Assistants, Rosangela embarked on a mission to empower fellow business owners in harnessing the potential of Virtual Assistants, thus GRIT Virtual Assistants was born.
