Many years ago, our partners in the business of pest control and facilities management provided commercial cleaning services to their clients through third-party providers. Their clients noticed that while the cleaning services were generally good, varying service providers created an inconsistent quality of services across their multiple branches and offices nationwide.
In order for clients to experience a consistent cleaning service across all of their branches and offices, they need to have a provider that has streamlined cleaning operations. The one who can make sure each branch was getting its own dedicated team of cleaners; who can provide each team to have its own manager who could provide feedback on how well each team was doing; who has uniform clothing so that happy helpers looked like they were part of the same organization; and finally, they wanted all teams to use the same methodology, process, cleaning materials, products, latest technologies, and equipment to ensure the commitment of consistency of service.
To solve this, Happy Housekeepers, Inc., established in 2019, was born out to provide a consistent quality of janitorial services to large businesses that have multiple establishments and branches around the country. Our clients have been incredibly satisfied with the results we have delivered for them, and as we continue to succeed in satisfying them, we have expanded our offerings to on-demand services such as deep cleaning and move-in/move-out assistance.
Our goal is to help small to large business owners keep their facilities running smoothly while they focus on more important things. We will do this by providing reliable, efficient janitorial, housekeeping, and other cleaning services that you can count on every day. Our cleaning staff is well-trained and ready to meet any cleaning challenge you might face at any given time—whether it’s a big project like a new office opening or just a quick clean-up before an important client meeting.
