ISHRM envisions itself as an innovative and practical environment; the preferred institution for the development of its students through quality education; valuable in their fields of specialization, God-fearing, and excellent citizens of our county. ISHRM School System continues to be the largest and leading school for Hotel and Restaurant Management in Region IV. It operates under the permits of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). It also serves as an TESDA-Accredited assessment center for the following qualifications: Food and Beverage Services, Bartending, Cookery, Bread and Pastry Production, Front Office Services, and Housekeeping Services.
ISHRM also offers programs in Business and Entrepreneurship, Culinary, and Nutrition and Dietetics. These programs still carry the same brand that the school has developed over the years as leading provider of education and training in the region.
In 2016, ISHRM offered Senior High School in all its branches under the permit and supervision of the Department of Education.
