About Us
Since 2018, we have been supplying employers nationwide with high quality and efficient workforce in time through our Holistic HR approach. We are currently working with four (4) clients in Mindanao, five (5) clients in Visayas and three (3) clients in Luzon with different workforce demands from Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representatives, Outbound Sales Representatives and Telco-Sales Representatives.
Acknowledging the fast-growing industry of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in our country, Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is not only limited to entry level talent search. Recently we have been screening and pooling candidates for Team Leaders, Virtual Assistants for Ecommerce and Real Estate, Web Developers and Content Writers to meet the growing needs of our clients.

We extend our services by providing direct endorsements of experienced and qualified candidates to Contact Centers. We supply employers with high quality and efficient workforce promptly and contribute to the client’s success through people.
Quality
Seeing the increase of professionals locally with minimal opportunities, we acknowledge the need to match the skill set of these professionals with what is needed by the BPO industry. Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions together with its subsidiary – TalentSync Training and Development Services, we provide training on how to deliver quality customer service, enhances the communication skills of each applicant, and make them qualified for the job. We offer English proficiency training. We produce a qualified and fitted workforce through our training efforts.
