REAL ESTATE SERVICES Asset Management – Property Management Asset Management of real property assets includes all operational aspects as well as all financial components. Operationally the asset manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, collecting rent, servicing repairs, tenant relations, and maintaining property free of issues. Financial components would include overseeing mortgage, insurance, property taxes and connection to larger estate plan including distributions.
Wealth Planning – Real Estate Advisor As a critical part of understanding the client’s needs, a wealth plan is designed and implemented to achieve the client’s goals. The wealth plan is something that we will use as a benchmark in the asset management of the real property assets. In addition to regular updates if performance seems to be deviating or there is an opportunity to accelerate performance, we will revisit the plan with the client.
