Incorporated on September 8, 1988, R-II Builders is a “Quadruple A” construction conglomerate with multibillion worth of project accomplishments.
R-II Builders’ vast resources and over 30 years of experience have enabled it to provide comprehensive housing and infrastructure solutions that exude the company’s strong commitment to “Building Better Lives” as its tagline and corporate philosophy.

As the only Filipino firm with a solid experience in full-scale reclamation and engineering works, R-II Builders is also involved in the development, maintenance and management of ports, sewage and solid waste treatment plants, and airport aprons and taxiways, and now branching out into full-scale dredging, construction of flood control and irrigation facilities, water generation and distribution, and rail transport system planning, installation, operation and administration, among others.
Moreover, R-II Builders is involved in community development, environmental protection, scholarships, public school assistance, and relief operations for calamity victims.
R-II Builders is a member of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations (CREBA), and the Paris-based International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) with over 3,000 members in 65 countries.
