SM Engineering Design & Development is an operating company under SM Prime Holdings Inc. The company was incorporated in 2012 and is specializing in design, constructions, and maintenance of SM-owned malls and other commercial properties. SMEDD invites the best talents to join the company in its pursuit of becoming the undisputed best project delivery company in the country.
As of 2018, we have built 72 malls in the Philippines and 7 shopping malls in China. The malls in China are located in the cities of Xiamen, Jinjiang, Chengdu, Zibo, Chongqing, Tianjin, and Suzhou.
