Our Story Triple Star Staffing Center, Inc. started operations in 2004 amid the ascent of the services and manufacturing sectors. The founders were at the height of their careers in human resources and finance when they launched the company. They had a shared passion to help businesses connect with the right workforce and vice versa. Expanding across the Three Stars The company’s name—Triple Star—refers to the three stars in the Philippine flag, which represent the country’s main geographical divisions: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Our goal is to expand our reach throughout these divisions. We believe that every goal-oriented business needs efficient project management solutions to position themselves for progress. We envision Triple Star as one of the country’s leading service contracting firms. To achieve this, we’ve made it our mission to give local and multinational companies quick access to teams of professional, disciplined, and skilled workers. Our 16+ years of clean track record and the many brands that trust us prove our dedication to this mission. Vision and Goals in Sight Triple Star is currently one of the country’s most compliant service providers/job contractors trusted by more than 40 companies from various industries. We have branches in Metro Manila, Pampanga, Cavite, Laguna, and Cebu. We also look forward to putting up satellite offices on remote locations to bring our services closer to you. We’ve expanded our coverage throughout seven different regions: Ilocos, Cordillera, Central Luzon, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, and Central Visayas. We are planning to establish more branches in Visayas in the coming years. Plans to branch out to Mindanao are also underway.
