It was first established as a sole proprietorship in November 1997 under the name Ultra Biologics Supply. It began with sub-distributing animal health and nutritional products such as livestock vaccines, feed additives, antibiotics, and vitamin-mineral pre-mixes.
When it became incorporated in September 2002 as Ultra Bio Corporation, the company decided to refocus its goals and strategies towards increasing its product base and providing more for its clientele through direct importation and exclusive distribution.
