VOLARE GENERAL SERVICES, INC., established in 2007, is a young and dynamic partnership specializing in the service contracting industry in the Philippines. The company has leadership through excellent management and marketing strategies in many of the service lines it offers. VOLARE is borne out of the common passion for promoting excellence in the delivery of services to its clients recognizing the opportunities and growth potential of the industry. The management and staff combine their unique blend of skills and expertise in leading the industry towards a new level of standards and sophistication.
Our service personnel are required to undergo a rigid process of selection, training, retraining, and continuous orientation where daily training sessions are conducted both in the classroom and on the job site. Our training program has been designated to include technical as well as to have at least a complete secondary (high school) education or a recognized vocational or college course. All applicants are required to present favorable NBI Clearance, Medical Result, and Drug Test results which are renewed annually.
It is envisioned that the company will differentiate itself within the industry by offering innovation through the constant application of new technologies and relevant breakthroughs in delivery services. In realizing those objectives, the company affirms its commitment to developing its people and staying at the forefront of technology by focusing on research and development.
