Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop strategies to grow accounts and maximize revenue.
Manage client accounts, foster relationships, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor account performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong sales management and support skills, proficient in customer relationship management, effective interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment, occasional travel may be required.
