Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits and tax preparations as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Field Accounting, and Financial Management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills.
