Description
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure they run smoothly
- Oversee building safety and maintenance
- Develop, implement, and optimize administrative policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
- Evaluate and improve office processes to maximize productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative management role or similar position
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in office software and technology, including MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
