Description

  • Manage schedules, handle correspondence, and support management with administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and scheduling meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Support team members with various tasks to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
