Description
- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling utility billings and coordinating with contractors for scheduled inspections, maintenance, repairs, and air-conditioning cleaning activities in managed condominium units.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four year business related course
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in building administration
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors
- Basic knowledge of technical terms in electrical, plumbing, and architectural work
