* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and project goals

* Develop timelines for clients and the company

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

* Monitor account performance and address issues

* Retain and grow customer relationships

Requirements

* A bachelor's degree in advertising, media, linguistics, business, or mass communications, or similar

* At least three years of experience in advertising and events agency, preferably in digital or above-the-line advertising

* Strong presentation and copywriting skills

*Willing to undertake online test before interview scheduling
