Description
- Reporting to Operations Manager & company top officer if necessary.
- Supervises outlet specialist and personnel in the store outlet.
- Provide management link to Outlet Specialist and Operations Manager
- Assist execution of sales strategies, targeted sales and plans
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any 2 or 4 years related course.
- Must have at least 2 years work experience in supermarket operations for either fresh or non-fresh food section as area supervisor.
- Must be knowledgeable in inventory management, customer service and quota / sales management / team management / reportorial management.
