  • Create and manage sales documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and sales receipts.
  • Ensure stock availability before confirming orders.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Input sales data into the system and ensure its accuracy.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Handle customer complaints or requests related to orders.
  • Ensure that sales administration is conducted in accordance with company procedures.
