• Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Review and analyze financial records, reports, and processes
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare audit working papers and documentation
• Assist in preparing audit reports for management
• Help monitor implementation of corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good command of English Language (verbal and written)
• Willing to work in the USA
