Descrição:

  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Respond promptly to requests and emergencies
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs
  • Collaborate with other staff to improve building services

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Building Maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic repair skills, knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure safety regulations are met.
  • Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments; may include lifting and working at heights.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
