- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
- Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with team members.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
- Meeting performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Salesforce, fluent in English, strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team player.
