Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions in the customer database.
- Meet performance goals including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively within a team to improve service quality.
Requirements
- High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, scheduling expertise, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, schedule appointments, and contribute to team efforts.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and persuasive sales techniques.
