Description
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document conversations and maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year international call center experience in a csr/tsr role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication and listening skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide excellent service.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, and able to work under pressure.
