Description

  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
  • Handle cash, credit, and refunds as per company policy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong numeracy skills, ability to handle transactions accurately, and proficiency in using cash registers.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
