Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing user requirements to continuously optimize user experience;

2. Responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis for the product;

3. Responsible for product feature design and overseeing development and launch, continuously iterating based on data-driven operational metrics;

4. Work closely with the business team to continuously identify business needs and promote product iterations to enhance various conversion rates.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of product work experience, demonstrating a growth rate surpassing peers;

2. Strong C-end product capabilities, possessing a certain level of product methodology, and able to independently manage the construction of product modules;

3. Familiarity with the blockchain/web3 market, understanding industry trends, and recognizing the potential of decentralization;

4. Strong curiosity, insight, and self-motivation, with a broad range of interests and open-minded thinking.

Monthly salary of 15k to 25k RMB, requiring on-site work in Changsha, Hunan.
