• Bathe, brush, trim, and style pets' fur (primarily dogs, and occasionally cats or other animals)

• Clip nails, clean ears, and perform gland expressions

• Inspect pets for any external signs of health issues and report concerns to owners or supervisors

• Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and offer advice on grooming needs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area and tools

• Ensure the comfort and safety of each pet throughout the grooming process

• Handle pets gently and patiently, especially those that may be nervous or difficult

• Adhere to all safety and animal handling protocols
