Description
- Responsible for acquiring reparations for debts owed to a company or individual.
- Receives and posts payments to accounts.
- Monitors overdue accounts and collects debts.
- Maintain files on the financial status of customer accounts.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- Proven administrative experience
- Proficient in office software, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
- Strong communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask
- Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (half day)
