  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff.
  • Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of compliance or regulatory experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of compliance regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical working hours with potential for overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ethical judgment, proactive attitude, and adaptability.
