Description

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.
  • Handle inquiries, providing accurate information about services.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and maintain visitor logs.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Front Desk Officer
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills; ability to drive is a plus.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, manage front desk operations, and provide excellent service.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with clients and staff.
