1. Content Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute brand content strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Research industry trends and plan high-value content (such as market analysis, project evaluations, technical interpretations)

2. Content Production and Management

• Lead the creation of original content, including articles, reports, etc.
• Manage external writers, translators, designers, and other resources to ensure content quality
• Optimize SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic

3. Data Analysis and Optimization

• Monitor content performance (views, engagement rate, conversion rate) and continuously optimize strategies
• Regularly produce content operation reports and provide key data feedback to the team

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content-driven growth strategies
• Support the business development team by providing industry insights, case studies, and other content materials
• Work with product/technical teams to deliver project updates, technical interpretations, and other content

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Over 3 years of experience in content creation/editing/operations (preferably in blockchain and fintech)
• Writing Skills: Excellent writing ability, capable of producing in-depth, accessible, and shareable content
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Web3, cryptocurrency, DeFi/NFT/GameFi sectors
• Tool Skills: Proficient in SEO and Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in successfully managing social media accounts (such as Twitter, Medium, Substack)
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) or video editing skills (a plus)
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (ability to write/edit content in English)
