As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all user-generated content on our platform adheres to our community guidelines and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and safe online experience for our users by reviewing and moderating content, identifying and escalating issues, and providing feedback to improve our moderation processes.

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate egregious content to appropriate teams.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content moderation processes.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and positive online environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation.

• At least a Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate from the old curriculum.
• Resilient and able to handle exposure to challenging content.
• Strong mental and emotional strength.
• Great attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities is a plus.
