Customer Service Representative

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting support.
- Resolve customer complaints on time.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma mandatory.
