Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and organizational skills, proficiency in technical tasks, and excellent interpersonal ability.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, both in-person and over-the-phone interactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, and possesses a positive attitude.
